We really hope that you are delighted with you order. However, we realise that in some cases goods may need to be returned. It is our aim to ensure that ordering from Lulabel is as simple and stress free as possible and we have taken this into consideration when devising our returns policy.
If you are not happy with you order or you have changed your mind we are happy to have goods returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Products being returned should be sent back undamaged and in re-saleable condition, this means unused, unwashed and with the original packaging undamaged. Lulabel will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed. We advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. Sorry, but we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on goods that are returned in not perfect condition.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty or order incorrect, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund the costs of return postage where the item returned is faulty.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods returned without a returns slip and number.
If you would like an exchange you as the customer will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged. We can only exchange an item for a different size, style, and colour subject to our stock availability. All exchange enquiries can be made by contacting customercare@lulabel.com, stating 'Exchange' and your order reference in the email subject heading. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Lulabel will not accept returns or exchange goods for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or with tags removed.
If we receive your return in a condition felt not suitable for exchange or refund we shall contact you directly to discuss. Lulabel Ltd reserve the right to refuse return or exchanges of items sent back in a condition deemed not to be suitable.
Once we have received your returned package, within the time frame stated we will immediately begin to process your request. All returned items will be passed through the Lulabel quality control process and your refund should be processed.
All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, including VAT and excluding return shipping charges. You will be notified via email when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information.
Please note we will refund the standard delivery charge on orders if they are returned to us within 7 days of receipt. If an order is returned to us after 7 days from receipt then we will refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Unfortunately, Lulabel are unable to offer refunds on our gift wrapping service.
We will process all returns within 48 hours of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation from Lulabel confirming receipt of your return. A final email will be sent to you to confirm the processing of your request whether a refund or an exchange.
If you have received a special Lulabel gift from a friend or relative and it is not quite right and you feel you may wish to return it for an exchange please email customercare@lulabel.com and we will see how we can help. Don't worry we won't let the person who sent you the gift know.
Any returns for exchange in this instance would be treated as any normal exchange, unless due to an error on our part. Refunds cannot be offered to gift recipients only to the customer that has made the purchase.
If for some reason your order does not get to you in tip top condition, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement to be sent to you quick sharp. Email customercare@lulabel.com and state 'Damages' as well as your order reference in the subject header and we will sort the rest out for you. Customers who have received faulty goods will be refunded for all postage and if applicable any gift wrapping costs.
In the case of receiving faulty goods you will be asked to return them to us for investigation. If on receipt we find no fault we reserve the right to re-charge you and recover our fees and expenses from you.
We certainly hope this doesn't happen, but if we get your order wrong please email customercare@lulabel.com stating your order reference and we will contact you to put it right.
