Placing an Order

By placing an order via www.lulabel.com you are making an offer to Lulabel Limited to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation e-mail that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Lulabel Limited for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.

Lulabel may refuse to accept an order: (a) where goods are not available; (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error.

Cancellation of Order

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by Lulabel) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

If you wish to cancel your order please notify us by email to customercare@lulabel.com before we have dispatched the goods to you. Please state 'Cancel' in the email subject header.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging undamaged. Lulabel cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.

You can return goods you have ordered from Lulabel at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Lulabel cannot be held responsible for goods in transit back to us, therefore we strongly advise you to send items back to us via Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

E-mail: customercare@lulabel.com stating 'Returns' as the subject title to request a Returns number. Please do not return goods before you have received a returns slip from Lulabel.

Damages

If for any reason your product does not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us at customercare@lulabel.com within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement. Please state 'Damages' as the subject title to request a Returns Number. Please do not return goods before you have received an RMA number from Lulabel.

Pricing

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, Visa Delta/Debit,Visa Electron, Mastercard, UK Maestro, Solo, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, International Maestro. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

Force Majeure

Lulabel shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
